Take it as it is

There’s something special about film photography.

Unlike the pictures we take digitally, film photos are one-and-done. You don’t curate the perfect photo, or the “perfect moment,” because you can’t see it until later. And because perfect moments can’t be contrived. Film photography doesn’t disrupt reality by finding the best lighting, the best angle, or the best pose. You just take it as it is–capturing pure emotion. Not posed emotion.
